Vinicola Bajalupano was founded in 2014 by sommelier Eduardo Manuel Martínez Palomera Ángel and oenologist Reynaldo Rodríguez Íñigo with the goal of providing wines that are honest, versatile, and that reflect the varieties of the Baja California region.
Bajalupano produces around 3000 cases of wine each year, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Tempranillo, Syrah, Chardonnay, Grenache, and sparkling wine.
